We are excited to announce that The Sound is an official selection of the 12th Annual Female Eye Film Festival in Toronto, Canada (Tuesday, June 17 - Sunday, June 22, 2014)!
We're thrilled to announce that The Sound is an official selection of the 18th annual New Jersey International Film Festival (NJ) and the 14th annual Visionfest - Domani Vision Film Society Film Festival (NY).
The Sound is a short film about Aaron, a man who experiences his world primarily through the sounds of the city and the people in it. Aaron makes a critical decision to protect the woman he loves at the cost of his sense of belonging in the world he lives in. The urban soundscape turns from the music he lives by to an indictment of his choices.
The Sound is a Kickstarter-funded short film written and directed by Sacha Iskra, slated for release in 2014.
